Three of the oldest galaxies formed at least 13 billion years ago,. Researchers from the University of Copenhagen observed this using the James Webb Space Telescope. Through this telescope, the scientists saw the signals from large amounts of gas that developed together into a mini-galaxy. Experts calculate that the birth of these galaxies happened about 400 to 600 million years after the Big Bang.
