SOME PRIVATE TIME WITH NATURE CAN IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH
If you know that you are living a hectic life, you should consider turning to nature to improve your health. Based on a brand new study, going back to Mother Nature’s arms and spending more than two hours every week with her is vital in enhancing your well-being and overall health.
According to the study funded by NIHR, spearheaded by the University of Exeter, and published in Scientific Reports, those who spend more than 120 minutes with nature weekly are far healthier. They have more enhanced psychological well-being and general good health than those who don’t visit nature. Those who only spend less than 120 minutes a week outdoors do not reap the benefits at all.
There is significant evidence that just by living in a green community can be a great choice for improving health because it reduces the pollution one gets in a highly urbanized area. You reduce your stress levels, enjoy some quality time with family and friends, and you get a clearer perspective on life.
